When will WBWO collect?
Typically in five working days from the date the booking is made. We’ll give you an approximate arrival time and call beforehand and then we’ll take your used cooking oil off your hands.
Are you environment agency compliant?
Yes we are, and our driver will bring all of the necessary paperwork with them. If you have any questions feel free to get in touch.
When will I get paid?
Our accounts department will contact you on the following Monday after the booking is made, so you can raise an invoice to get paid for your waste cooking oil.
